Carrot Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot or 1 handful baby carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon natural sweetener (honey or agave nectar)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Remove carrot ends.
  2. Core the apple.
  3. Add ingredients to blender jar putting the ice on top.
  4. Blend until smooth.

Notes

For a little extra nutrition, leave the seeds and stem. Be sure to chop the apple into cubes so your blender blades can move.
