Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or other natural sweetener
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Chop the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Spoon the avocado meat into the blender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
