Mango Smoothie


This smoothie reminds me of our days in South America. Picking golden, ripe mangos and sitting in the shade enjoying our sweet, sticky rewards. It was pure magic.

Mango Smoothie


  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt


  1. Put the ice, mango, milk, yogurt, and honey into your favorite blender.
  2. Blend it up until smooth.
