This is my favorite way to make a smoothie. Just throw all the ingredients in the blender, select the most powerful setting, and wait until it’s silky smooth.

The blueberry smoothie is a simple one that allows for lots of variation. Feel free to freestyle this one. I’ve tried protein powder, vega one, and flax. What will you try? Let us know in the comments below.

Jamming Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag of fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 2 cups ice cubes 
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups of soy or almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana 

Instructions

  1. Toss into blender and blend on high until smooth.
