Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Put the ice, mango, milk, yogurt, and honey into your favorite blender.
  2. Blend it up until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pureed pomegranate seeds or 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana

Instructions

  1. Mix pomegranate puree, or juice, with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

If you use pomegranate seeds, spoon them out of the pomegranate and puree them using your blender.
